The Ceptics GP-5 is a power converter that sets itself apart from the competition with its ability to convert standard 120V and 240 Vac or 12VDC into 5VDC.
I found 17 customer reviews at the time of writing and they had awarded the Ceptics GP-5 4.5 stars out of a possible 5 on average.
Most of the positive feedback was focused on how well it works, but one person said “It doesn’t work with my car cigarette lighter cord” so I would recommend looking for something more specific if you want your new converter to be compatible with your existing equipment. The other negatives were minor complaints about an incorrect description in regards to what voltage this product can output (4/3)and some confusion about compatibility because this particular model isn’t listed as being compatible with Apple products, which could lead people wondering why their device won’t turn on after plugging it into it
However, no one else seems to have experienced these issues so perhaps there just wasn’t anything worth mentioning besides those two problems raised by that single consumer who left such a negative review
