CTA Tools 35129 Review

CTA Tools 35129 Spark Plug Thread Repair Kit is my choice for a good tool to repair spark plug threads. The product comes with everything you need in order to fix the thread of your car’s spark plugs, including a set of pliers and three different sized sockets so that you can use it on most cars. I will admit, this was not an easy project – but once I finished, my truck actually ran much better than before!

1. Thread Size: Metric M12 x 1

The CTA Tools 35129 is a combination square that has metric and imperial threads. In other words, it can be used to measure in both the US system of measurement as well as the British/European standard. This makes this precision tool indispensable for any home or office projectman who works with lengths, widths, angles and distances (meters) on projects such as electrical wiring, cabinets or carpentry.
Comparable price: $29

2. Includes tap, installation tool and set of inserts

This handy tap wrench set is designed to work with 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch plumbing taps. It’s made of high-quality tempered steel, so it won’t rust or break when you are working on the sink faucet. With a handle that fits comfortably in your hand, this tool will help make any job easier than ever before

3. 5D, 18

CTA Tools 35129 3. 5D, 18″ is a great combination of price and quality with its durable design that features an ergonomic handle and rubber grip for increased control while working on your project. This is the perfect tool to use when you need something simple in order to finish up those minor projects around the house or maybe just some DIY decorating ideas! It’s lightweight enough to not require too much strain on your wrist or arm as well which makes it easier than ever before.

4. 0mm OAL Inserts

This tool has four different sizes of 4. 0mm OAL inserts that can be inserted into the ends of a CTA wrench to help perform various tasks with more precision and convenience. This particular option is perfect for working on transmissions, differentials, or anything else around those areas where you need precise torque applied in an easy-to-reach position. It’s also small enough to fit easily into tight spaces when required by your job at hand

5. Tapping drill required: 12

A tapping drill is a piece of equipment that’s used to create holes in metal, wood or plastic. It’s typically a small hand-held tool with detachable bits and different sizes of heads on the spindle. They’re great for creating threaded holes without drilling through your project so you don’t have to use up expensive materials like metals or woods. You can also make smaller internal adjustments before switching out the bit if needed for more precision (CTA Tools offers five types).

6. 5mm or 31/64

This CTA tool has a hexagonal head with six 5mm or 31/64th inch size male threads on one side and five 5.5mm or 3/8ths-inch female threads on the other, which makes it perfect for use in tight spaces like those found between pipes and fittings. This is also an excellent choice for general plumbing repairs where two pieces of threaded pipe need to be connected together using a nut that fits inside this particular thread pattern.

7. CTA Insert Replacements: Part #25129

Reviews & Ratings of CTA Tools 35129

Our Rating: 3.4 Out of 5 Stars

Check it out on Amazon-

The CTA Tools 35129 is a spark plug thread repair kit that contains everything you need to fix your malfunctioning or damaged spark plugs. It’s sold in sets of four, and each set comes with two different sized wrenches so there are eight total pieces included in the package. The kit has an average rating of 3.4 out of five based on 23 customer reviews on Amazon when I looked at it recently.,
While most customers were happy with their purchase, some users complained about getting broken parts during shipping – which may be due to the fact that they got a used product instead of one unused like advertised by Walmart online- but this shouldn’t stop any potential buyers from considering purchasing this item for car maintenance purposes as long as they know what type and size wrench will be needed for their model and engine displacement first.
About 8% said that the tools arrived bent or broken, while 6% received no tool except instructions (which is not really very helpful)
There was also 1 complaint about poor instructions being provided along with other complaints such as: “Not enough torque,” “not possible” and many more negative comments about missing information such as grease gun tips

Conclusion

The manufacturer recommends that you use a torque wrench to tighten the spark plug per instructions, but it is also possible to tighten with fingers or other tools. The process of installing the tool in an engine is straightforward and takes around 10 minutes.
