It can loosen or tighten oil filters of various sizes, be used as a wrench to turn nuts and bolts, pry open panels on cars, remove lug nuts from car wheels or any number of other things. The head itself has two jaws that allow it to reach into tight spaces while the handle gives you extra leverage in tricky situations.
